It wastes way too much of my time trying to search name's, match them up, and then HOPE I found the right profile. You have to remember, no matter how unique you think your name is, there is at least one other person on Facebook with the same name. Unfortunately, I will have to start cancelling and refunding orders who do not put the correct contact information. I'm sorry, but over the last week I have spent at least two hours just searching for people on Facebook because they didn't read the instructions.
