Whether you’re launching a new bundle, organizing your designs, or showing off a whole collection, a digital catalog or lookbook is the perfect way to present your products like a pro. And yes—you can totally create one in Canva, even if you’ve never done layout design before. Let’s break it down step-by-step!
🖥️ Step 1: Start With the Right Size
Go to www.canva.com and log in. Click “Create a Design” and choose Custom Size. For a printable or flip-through style catalog, try **8.5 x 11 inches** (US Letter) or **1080 x 1920 px** if you want it mobile-friendly. You can always resize later using Canva Pro’s Magic Resize tool.
📸 Step 2: Build a Branded Layout
On your blank canvas, start with a cover page. Add your brand name, logo, and the name of the collection (like “Spring 2024 Lookbook” or “Pride PNG Bundle Catalog”). Use the Text tool from the left toolbar to add titles and descriptions. Add your brand colors and fonts for consistency. Canva Pro users can save this in the Brand Kit tab for future use!
📁 Step 3: Add Your Products
Use the “Uploads” tab to upload your design previews or mockups. Drag each product onto the page and add short descriptions, product names, or file details. You can create one item per page, or group 3–4 per page for bundle previews.
Use Canva’s “Duplicate Page” button to keep your layout consistent across each page, then just update the products and text as needed.
🖤 Shortcut Alert: Diesel Designs Templates
Want to skip all the layout building? The Diesel Designs Editable Canva Template Drive includes catalog-ready pages and bundle preview layouts that you can plug your designs into instantly. Just drop in your files, tweak the colors, and you’re done. 💀
📲 Step 4: Download & Share
Once your catalog is complete, click “Share” in the top-right corner and select “Download.” For print or email, choose PDF Print. If you’re uploading to your site or social media, you can download as PNGs or use Canva’s Present or Website View modes for a clickable flip-through.
You can also add your lookbook to your product listings, link it in your emails, or embed it on your Shopify homepage to give your customers a full experience!
