🔒 Diesel Designs Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are legally binding for the use of www.dieseldesigns.net by both Customers and Designers.

🔞 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be 18 or older to access or use this site.

🤖 AI Disclaimer

Some digital products—like designs, clipart, seamless patterns, alphas, and mockups—may include elements created with the help of AI.
However, every file is thoughtfully refined, professionally polished, and formatted to meet our creative standards before it’s added to the shop.

🎨 General File Use Policy (Uploads & Purchases)

  • ✅ Watermarking is required on all uploaded designs, IRL photos, and mock-ups. (Free watermark files are available on the site.)

  • 🚫 Transfers, stickers, tattoos, vinyl, printable fabric, etc. CANNOT be printed without a Printing License.

  • 🚫 Files cannot be shared in any format (email, USB, cloud drives, social media, etc.).

  • 🚫 No uploading to 3rd-party websites for printing — even if you have a license.

  • ✅ You may only print via equipment you personally own.

  • 🚫 No altering, modifying, copying, tracing, sharing, gifting, or reselling designs.

  • ⚠️ All items are digital. Nothing will be physically shipped.

  • ✅ Files may be used on PHYSICAL products only. Digital reselling is strictly prohibited.

🧵 Fabric Printing Terms

  • If using a custom fabric print shop, their site must clearly state that uploaded files are not reused or sold to other customers.
    If not stated, you must email proof (emails are fine) to: diesel.designs.contact@gmail.com

  • Files can only be sent to US or Canadian-based print shops.
    Contact us for possible exceptions.

💼 Commercial Use (Included with Purchase)

You MAY sell:

  • Up to 100 physical products per design

  • Up to 50 yards of fabric per design
    Examples: shirts, cups, signs, decals, etc.

You MAY NOT:

  • Resell files in any digital format

  • Use seamless files in Alpha Sets or other digital file sales

  • Sell printed stationery without a printing license

🖤 Credit to Diesel Designs is always appreciated!

📄 Extended Commercial Use / Printing License (Sold Separately)

Required if:

  • You're a printer selling printed transfers or fabric

  • You’re printing 50+ yards of a single design

  • You're making 100+ physical products from one design

  • You plan to sell printed items (not finished goods)

📌 Printers must purchase both the design and license.

🎯 License Scope

  • Licenses are valid for one business/entity only

  • You must purchase additional licenses for each brand or business

  • Licenses are non-transferable and cannot be shared or reassigned

🖨️ Items Requiring a License

  • Screenprints

  • DTF Transfers

  • Sublimation Transfers

  • Stickers

  • Tattoos

  • Waterslide Decals

  • Vinyl

  • Printable HTV

  • Fabric

⚠️ Having a license does not give you ownership of any designs.
All designs remain the sole property of Diesel Designs / High Maintenance Creations.

🆔 Design Transfer Agreement

Even with a Printing License:

  • Uploading to print websites is still prohibited

  • You must print using your own equipment

💌 Email Policy

When you submit your email for Drive access, that address cannot be changed later.
Be sure to double-check your email when purchasing!

❌ Refunds

Due to the nature of digital files, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No refunds will be given.

✂️ Using Clipart from Diesel Designs

You MAY:

  • Sell digital designs using clipart, but you must:

    • Add at least 2 other elements

    • Keep clipart use under 50% of the final design

    • Overlay part of the clipart to prevent easy tracing

    • Only sell flattened PNGs — no layered or editable files

You MAY NOT:

  • Use seamless files in alpha sets or other resellable digital files

  • Create designs that closely resemble completed Diesel Designs products

🖌️ Using Procreate Stamps & Brushes

You MAY:

  • Use them in your own designs and sell flattened PNGs
    (as long as the design includes at least one other element)

You MUST:

  • Include overlapping elements to prevent tracing

  • ONLY sell flattened files

  • Ensure your designs are not similar to existing Diesel Designs products

You MAY NOT:

  • Resell, give away, or transfer unaltered brushes/stamps

  • Create anything that competes with Diesel Designs offerings

🚫 Collabs, customs, exclusives, logos, Procreate stamps & bundles (unless noted) are NOT included in Drives

📝 OTF Font Terms of Service

By purchasing or downloading any OTF font from Diesel Designs, you agree to the following:

✅ ALLOWED USES:

  • Unlimited Personal Use

  • Flattened digital designs (e.g., PNGs for resale)
    Letters must not be individually extractable

  • Branding/Marketing: Use in logos, graphics, etc.

🚫 PROHIBITED USES:

  • No reselling or sharing the font file (.OTF)

  • No PNG or SVG alphabet sets (individual letters/numbers)

  • No uploading to font platforms or design tools (e.g., Canva)

  • No use in AI generation tools

📌 ADDITIONAL INFO:

  • One license = one user.
    Additional users must purchase separate licenses.

  • Modifying the font is okay, but you may not claim authorship

  • Fonts remain the intellectual property of Diesel Designs

⚠️ Final Notes

If you do not agree with all Terms and Conditions, please do not use this site.
Violations will result in your IP address being blocked and access permanently revoked — including any Google Drives you've paid for.

⚠️ Custom Designs, Logos and Branding: Unanswered emails or delays in response of 10 days or more will result in the order being marked as complete. Your payment will be applied to the time already spent on communication and prep. No refunds or revisions will be offered.
